Air Conditioning Filters

A dirty filter can result in higher electric bills, the air conditioner not cooling the house as it should and they cause the air conditioner to break which is very expensive to replace or repair. The repair or replacement expenses could be passed on to the tenant if they have not replaced the filters as the lease requires. Please check the filter and replace. They are not very expensive and can be purchased at stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s, ACE Hardware or online. The filter size should be marked on the existing ones.
